These terms cover your use of Skyprint. They are written to be read.

What Skyprint is

Skyprint provides astrology charts and readings for reflection and entertainment. Nothing on Skyprint is medical, psychological, legal, financial or safety advice, and you shouldn't make decisions about those things based on astrology.

Accounts

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure. You must be at least 13 to use Skyprint and 18 to buy anything.

Readings

Readings are one-time purchases at the price shown before you pay. They are written from the birth details you provide, so please check them. Because each reading is written for you the moment you pay, readings are final sale. If the birth details were wrong, you can correct them from the reading page within 30 days of purchase and we rewrite the reading once, free. If you were charged twice, a reading never arrived or something else went wrong on our side, we refund you in full. See Refunds.

Skyprint Plus

• Plus renews automatically at the price and interval shown when you subscribe, until you cancel.
• We email you 7 days before each renewal.
• You can cancel online at any time from your account. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• If a renewal charges you and you haven't used Plus since, email us within 7 days of the charge and we refund that renewal.
• Founding-member pricing ($19.99 a year) lasts as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and later rejoin, current prices apply.

Gifts

A gift link can be opened once. The recipient enters their own details. Unopened gifts can be refunded on request within 30 days.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service, scrape it, or use it to collect other people's data without their permission. Only add someone's birth details if they're happy for you to.

Changes
