Readings

Each reading is written from your chart the moment you pay, and it's yours to keep, so readings are final sale.

Wrong birth details

Open the reading from your account and press “Wrong birth details? Fix them” within 30 days of buying it. We rewrite it from the corrected chart, free, once. For The two of you, email us and we'll do it for you.

When something goes wrong

If you were charged twice, a reading never arrived, or something broke on our side, email us and we refund you in full. The money goes back to your card, usually within 5 to 10 days.

Plus

Cancel any time from Billing. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for, and we email you 7 days before every renewal. If a renewal charges you and you haven't used Plus since, email us within 7 days of the charge and we refund that renewal.

Gifts

A gift that hasn't been opened yet can be refunded on request within 30 days. Once it's opened, the reading is written and the rules above apply.
