Quick answers

• Wrong birth details on a reading: open it from your account and press “Wrong birth details? Fix them” for a free rewrite (within 30 days).
• Charged twice, or a reading never arrived: email us and we'll refund you.
• Cancel Plus: Account, Billing, Cancel Plus.
• Delete your data: Account, Settings, Delete account.
• Sign-in link not arriving: check spam, then ask for a new one. Links expire after 30 minutes.
