Astrocartography maps where each planet was rising, setting, overhead or underfoot at the moment you were born. Those places form lines across the globe, and living near a line is said to bring that planet's themes forward.
Do I need my birth time?
Yes, for an accurate map. Earth turns about 15° an hour, so every hour of error shifts the lines by roughly 1,000 miles at the equator.
What do the four kinds of line mean?
AC lines are where the planet was rising: it colours how you come across there. MC lines (overhead) touch career and reputation. DC lines (setting) are about partners. IC lines (underfoot) are about home and roots.
