Privacy

Birth details are personal. We collect as little as we can, keep it only as long as you want, and never sell it.

Without an account

When you make a chart without an account, your birth date, time and place stay in your own browser (local storage). The chart is calculated on your device. We count anonymously that a chart was made, with no birth details attached.

When you save a chart or send an invite

• Account: your email address, first name if you give it, and the birth details you choose to save, for you and anyone you add.
• Compatibility invites: the birth details of the person sending the invite are stored with the link so the match can be worked out. The friend's details are stored when they accept. Either of you can delete them.
• Purchases: your email, what you bought, and the birth details the reading was written from. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
• Ask your chart (Plus): your questions and the answers, so you can see your history. If AI answers are switched on, your question and a text summary of your chart are sent to our AI provider to write the answer.

Email

We send sign-in links, receipts, renewal reminders and, if you leave them on, key-date alerts and a weekly forecast. You can turn off the optional ones in settings.

Your choices

• Download everything we hold about you from Settings.
• Delete your account and everything in it from Settings. It's immediate.
• Email hello@myskyprint.com with any privacy question.

Children

Skyprint is not for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Processors

Hosting, our database, Stripe (payments), an email provider and, where enabled, an AI provider. Each only gets what it needs to do its job.
