Maya’s year ahead
The moment your year begins
Your solar return is on July 15, 2027 at 18:03 UTC. That's the exact moment the Sun returns to 23°03′ Cancer, where it was when you were born.
Astrologers cast a chart for that moment, at the place you'll be, and read it as the weather report for the year from birthday to birthday. This reading uses your birthplace. If you'll be somewhere else on your birthday, the rising sign and houses can change.

Questions
When should I buy it?
Any time in the month before your birthday is ideal, but it works any time: it covers your current birthday year.
Does it depend on where I spend my birthday?
Traditionally, yes: the houses of a solar return depend on location. We use your birthplace and say so. If you'll be somewhere else, the theme of the year stays the same; the house emphasis can shift.
